I have been a Social Worker for over 20 years and I am committed to the core values of this profession: Service, Social Justice, Dignity and worth of the person, Importance of human relationships, Integrity and Competence. Part of who I am is building a strong and healthy relationship with each client that is based on trust and is built over time. Relationships and how we interact with others is how we create meaning in our lives. This is yet another reason why I am so honored when people choose me to walk alongside them on their journey. I listen so I can connect to your goals which will determine which treatment path we take together. I believe that it is vital to keep learning, so I am constantly seeking innovative therapy modalities that are helping people to change their lives. Through the integration of mind body techniques, energy psychology and traditional psychotherapy techniques, I find treatment more effective in healing the whole person. We work to build coping skills, create plans to enhance self-care and identify the foundation of limiting beliefs. All these techniques work beautifully together to help you release anything stored within your body and subconscious mind. I am confident that whatever holistic path we build together, it will integrate all of the ways you need to heal your mind, body and soul.
